As far as I can remember, body expression has always been my creative way of being. My personal and professional growth have been driven by mime, gymnastic, dance, movement, acting and meditation. These practices gave me tools and taught me how to allow myself to be true to myself and to incarnate the body that I am.
At 33, I left for a pilgrimage across Canada. Devoid of a permanent home, superfluous material and left with my self for 4 months, I can say that I have touched the essence of life. Since I came back from that fulfilling experience, I can't help wanting to give a hand to others to retrieve their sensitivity.
With Expressive Embodiment, I want to share with you my knowledge and efficient tools that deepen self knowledge, consciousness and soothe the heart.
